Sol Ascend
Kelly Merryman Turner is a yoga teacher, energy and sound healer and the founder of Sol Ascend Frequency Healing. Her classes and private offerings help her clients attune to their highest frequency of radiant health, joy and spiritual connection. As a spiritual wellness entrepreneur and a mom, she intimately knows how to balance self-care and spiritual growth with the challenges of everyday life. Through sound healing, reiki, yoga, breathwork and meditation, Kelly experienced profound shifts in her own life and discovered her calling to help others heal and grow. She has completed extensive training in vinyasa, kundalini, yin and restorative yoga and also holds certifications in sound healing, breathwork, Reiki and Seichem energy healing. In addition, Kelly provides training for sound healers and is a mentor with The Sound Healers Academy.
