About Shay Walsh:

I am a California girl through and through. Married with two beautiful children and two fur babies. I began my journey with movement in the dance industry. Working with artists like Chris Brown, Taio Cruz, AfroJack, Chanel West Coast and more. Movement is a part of my everyday ritual. Yoga and breath-work has transformed my life. Join Her for Yoga:

I will verbally guide our guests through an all levels vinyasa based yoga class. For 60 minutes we will weave our breathe to movement, allowing ourselves to get out of our heads and into out bodies. With breath-work sprinkled in, which has been known to lower blood pressure and de-stress the mind & body. We will leave grounded to mother earth and light as a feather. I look forward in sharing the gift of yoga with the community.
