She is also a certified Erotic Blueprint (tm) sexuality coach and Accelerated Evolution Transcendence coach.

Her other trainings include heart math and trauma training— meditation— healing touch-and functional medicine.
She is a tri-athlete, an author, a mom to three adult boys and an avid reader.

Always a New Yorker at heart, she has lived in LA for over 30 years because she adores the beach and being outdoors all year long. Her purpose in life is to remind people they were BORN to LIVE.
