About James Marin:

James Marin, RD, EN is a husband, father, Integrative Registered Dietitian, Environmental Nutritionist, co-founder, and COO of Married to Health, and devout Christian. James specializes in using systems-based approaches to come up with real world solutions across various mediums. Whether it is integrative nutrition therapies for optimal microbiome health, plant-based nutrition, wellness entrepreneurship, or regenerative agriculture; James has a passion to identify and address root issues while linking various systems to pose logical and efficient foundations for thriving communities.

James grew up struggling with his health on a standard American diet (SAD). He was morbidly obese at a young age, had asthma, joint pain, and was chronically sick with migraines, seasonal allergies, and recurring colds/infections. Since applying what he has learned in his own life he no longer suffers from any of these issues. He has been fully plant-based for 15 years, but does not expect that from his patients.

James has also co-founded the first ever 100% plant based SIBO/IBS program, is the founder of the Regenerative Nutrition Initiative, co-host of the Good Gut LIVE Podcast, is a renowned speaker, author, and has been featured in various publications, including: The Center of Nutrition Studies T.
