At the core of her work is guiding people to reconnect with themselves, not through control or criticism, but through connection and compassion. Jenna brings a warm, grounded presence that resonates deeply with parents seeking practical tools, emotional insight, and meaningful change.

Becoming EPIC is a practice that teaches us how to become Emotionally Powerful Internally Connected. It’s our modern mantra for emotional intelligence. The practice dismantles cycles of shame and blame and helps break free from negative thoughts and limiting beliefs. It strengthens emotional literacy (recognizing what we’re feeling) and emotional regulation (how to support ourselves when emotions run high). Becoming EPIC is a pathway to greater connection, within ourselves and in our families, and raises our collective emotional intelligence.
