Maggie Silver is the Founder of Mother of Invention, a design-first parenting company reimagining caregiving as a system of rituals. Its debut product, The MOI Nest, transforms diapering- one of the most repetitive acts of early parenthood - into an intentional moment of connection. Each product is part of a connected ecosystem bridging diapering to potty learning, and early play to lifelong emotional resilience.

Before founding Mother of Invention, Maggie spent over a decade as a digital entertainment executive building and scaling next-generation media ventures. She most recently served as Head of Strategic Marketing for Podium Entertainment, overseeing brand development as the company grew a catalogue of 1,300+ immersive audiobooks.

Her work as an Audiodrama producer includes an Audie Award Nominated Best Audiobook of the Year. Previously, she was Co-Head of Marketing & Insights for Gunpowder & Sky, where she launched award-winning projects including the narrative sci-fi podcast DUST. Earlier in her career, Maggie was the first Head of Marketing for AwesomenessTV, where she helped scale the brand; the explosive growth resulted in a sale to DreamWorks Animation just nine months after launch.

She has also co-founded a sharing-economy startup, advised early-stage media companies, and in 2013 was named one of Hollywood’s New Leaders by Variety Magazine. Her through-line across industries: building from the ground up, scaling with vision, and designing systems.
