Samara Zelniker is dedicated to helping leaders reach their infinite potential. After a decade of experience in the fashion industry, she developed a deep understanding and mastery in the areas of sales, marketing, budgeting, business development, effective team managing and stress coping skills that accompany rapid growth. She realized that although the skills were extremely valuable, it was the nuanced skills of effective communication, conflict resolution and adaptive resilience that helped her rise as a leader. That is why she chose to do extensive training in neuroscience, mindfulness and emotional intelligence and dedicate her career to helping VP to C-level leaders navigate through their toughest challenges while scaling their companies. After working with startups like Ordermark, Everlywell, Beekeeper’s Naturals, Fabfitfun, in addition to others in Saas, health, media and entertainment, and subscription services, Samara is referred to by her clients as articulate, relatable and has the ability to dramatically shift their perspectives to improve their leadership capabilities. Samara believes that everything is ‘figureoutable’ through the power of self-awareness, emotional processing and effective communication and uses these tools to create strong, motivated value-based individuals and company cultures. Samara’s coaching is also highly sought after for developing work/life balance and job/career change and managing burnout. Samara is an SIY certified teacher, the leadership and development program born at Google, and a certified coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. In addition to one-on-one coaching, Samara host’s quarterly day-long wellness retreats catering to busy professionals, while partnering with up and coming wellness brands. She also launched and runs The Shift Academy, a six month program catered to high performing women looking to align with a life and career they absolutely love.
